    Are you an experienced lead generator/telesales agent?

    As part of our ambitious target to double our headcount to 20 staff by summer 2021, we’re recruiting B2B lead generators. As well as industry leading rates of uncapped commissions and unrivalled benefits, you'll enjoy working in our fun & relaxed working environment.

    Working 9 -6 monday-thursday and 9-3 on a friday, there’s no early starts, late finishes or shifts and you'll be entering an organisation undergoing an exciting period of growth and expansion.

    With your previous industry experience, you'll be able to demonstrate past success in an outbound B2B telesales position.

    Naturally, given your past experience in a similar role, you will be confident, tenacious and resilient. Most importantly, you’ll be ambitious. As well as a generous base salary which recognises your experience, with our uncapped commission scheme, your income will be limited only by your level of desire to succeed. Realistic and achievable OTE’s are £50,000+.

    In addition to fully comprehensive training, we will provide all the support you will need to excel, including industry leading back office support and up to date, relevant, hot prospect data.

    THE ROLE - WHAT YOU WILL DO
    You’ll be involved in:
    • Researching potential and current customers
    • Booking, organising and attending customer meetings
    • New business development; cold calling; email marketing
    • Achieving KPI’s and targets
    • Account management; quotations;
    • Regular customer contact;
    • B2b sales experience with strong understanding of sales strategy
    • Confident and professional telephone manner
    • Generating new leads with your own market research and network connections.
    • Identify key stakeholders, then outreach and influence decision makers.
    • Close sales and drive referrals to support your pipeline development.
    • Generate new business opportunities with prospective clients by targeting b2b markets
    • Take ownership of the full sales cycle from generating leads, demonstrating the product, pricing, negotiation and closing
    • Building a strong pipeline of relevant opportunities to deliver against sales targets and ensuring KPI 's are met
    • Ability to relate to prospective clients at an appropriate level and market our services accordingly
    • Managing the phone making calls to drive sales
    • Managing sales and customer emails
